Here are a few pics from my graduation! According to Sunny, I am officially an adult now because I've graduated from college! Everyone came down to see me in Richmond and they had fun taking pics at the Richmond Coliseum for the first time (it was my first time at the coliseum as well!) It hasn't hit me yet that I've graduated college I guess because it's still only the summer and I have a lot of plans, mostly plans that involve being lazy and not taking things to seriously for a while so I can enjoy my time being out of school, until the fall that is. Enjoy the pics!

Ladies' Brunch

Dorsa and Diana hosted a special Mother's Day ladies' brunch (the first of many we hope!) and it was lots of fun. :) In attendance were Mom (Debra) Seubert, Mom (Maryam) Hassas and Mom (Hyun) Yoo, as well as Anya and Ava (and Ella). We cooked up a new french toast recipe from delish.com, which was AMAZING! and also very easy to make (see the links embedded in the pictures below).

Old Hideous Kitchen floor

Here are pictures of the incredibly ugly kitchen floor. I am sooooooooooooooo happy to have a nice updated groovy floor put in by the loving hands of my sons and daughters!!! Thank you all for my mother's day super gift!

Mother's Day Kitchen Floor!

Erik and Sunny spent Mother's Day weekend installing new floors in the kitchen at the Annandale Seubert house. What good sons they are!
(Although, they did get a little help from Bob, Dorsa, and Diana.
Oh and Anya said she'd make some art out of the old flooring.) It took a few of hours on Saturday to rip out the old hideous, peeling linoleum and to prime the subfloor, and another 6 hours on Sunday to install and grout the new tile. We again forgot to take pics of the "before," but trust us when we say it looks a million times better!

Shower pictures....well...I managed to drop the camera and shatter the screen thus making the camera null and void...so I either need a new camera or one of those thingambobs that transfers pix from the card to the computer...Lauren - what model camera do you have? It takes very good pictures...but then maybe it's the photographer not the camera that makes the difference - Kristin took a lot of pictures at the shower - I ask her to post them somewhere - like snapfish or kodak gallery..
